New this year we have added an IAFF Partnership Education Program (PEP) Seminar taught by IAFF PEP instructors.  The curriculum is designed to meet the educational needs of leaders who work in both collective bargaining and non-collective bargaining environments. These workshops focus on the skills required in union administration including collective bargaining negotiations, grievance handling, political action, public relations, budgeting, etc. This educational opportunity will take place on Day 1 of MALTS. On Day 2, MPFF Legal Counsel Jim Michels will be covering Health Care Benefits in Collective Bargaining.

 

The 2010 MALTS Conference Fee is $110 and Registration is due no later than August 30, 2010. Lodging is available at the Best Western Kelly Inn with a MPFF rate of $81.00 per night, single or double occupancy. You must make your hotel reservation by August 13, 2010 to receive the discounted rate.
